White Oak Partners with Windstream Fiber Optic Services

White Oak technology partner Windstream is currently installing fiber
optic wiring and cables in Phase 1 of the development. Work will
commence November 23 and the system supplying Phase 1 is due to be
available in February of 2010, involving installation of approximately
10,000 linear feet of fiber optic cable.
